How a mobile signing works
Call or book
Tell us what you're signing, how many signers there are, and where you'd like to meet.
Get ready
Have a current photo ID for every signer. Don't sign anything before we arrive.
We come to you
We meet you at home, work, a hospital or a coffee shop, and check each ID.
Sign and done
You sign in front of us, we complete the notarization, and you keep your documents.
Before your appointment
What ID do I need?
A current, government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID card. Expired IDs can't be accepted.
Should I sign the document before you arrive?
No. Please wait so you can sign in front of me — that's what the notarization certifies.
Can you give legal advice?
Notaries can't give legal advice or help choose documents. I'm happy to recommend attorneys if you need one.
