Do I need a consultation before color?
For balayage and big color changes, yes — it's free and takes about 15 minutes. We can do it in person or over text with a few photos.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice so we can offer your time to someone on the waitlist.
Do you take walk-ins?
When there's an opening, yes! Call ahead and we'll tell you if we can fit you in.
