Terms of use
These terms cover your use of bizhq.page and the free websites we host at *.bizhq.page. By creating a site you agree to them. Moonbury ("we") provides the service. Questions: hello@bizhq.page.
Your account
One free website per email address. You sign in with that address and a password. Keep both secure: anyone who can sign in, or open the password-reset link we email you, can edit your site. Give us accurate information about your business.
Your content
- You own your words and photos. You give us permission to host, display and process them so we can run your site.
- You are responsible for what you publish. Make sure you have the right to use every photo and text, and that everything about your business is true.
What you can't do
Don't use bizhq to:
- break the law, or claim a licence, certification or credential you don't hold;
- impersonate another person or business, or run phishing, scams or fake-review schemes;
- publish malware, or anything hateful, harassing, threatening or sexually explicit;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- attack, overload or probe our systems, or get around the limits we set.
The free service
The free plan is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, and we may change it, including its limits, over time. Free sites show a small "Free website by bizhq" link in the footer.
No end date
Your free site has no end date. If bizhq ever shuts down, we'll email you at least 90 days before, and you can download your whole website to host anywhere. You can download it from the editor at any time, too.
Taking a site down
We may unpublish or remove a site that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we'll tell you why where we can. To report a site, use the "Report this site" link in its footer or write to hello@bizhq.page. You can unpublish your own site at any time.
Paid services
Optional paid services are described where you buy them, are billed month to month through Square, and can be cancelled at any time from your Square receipt. Cancelling stops future charges.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of bizhq, and our total responsibility to you for the free service is limited to zero dollars. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use bizhq after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
